Combine all ingredients together in mixer. This cream cheese icing is the same icing I made for the Hummingbird Cake that is also on this channel. It is the basic cream cheese icing that can be embellished with lemon flavor or juice, nuts, hazelnut, fruit ...... whatever you can think of
